I immigrated to the US from Armenia when I was six years old - not speaking a word of English. Everything was different - the food, the culture, the places, the people... so I relied on my fellow classmates to assist me in understanding this new world and very quickly realized that community was the true treasure to success.
The support from my peers and neighbors made it possible for me to thrive and I have practiced this learning in every aspect of my career.
The people we work with, partner with, and create with are the essential foundation for a successful company, project, gathering, etc. Today, I am fascinated with utilizing the alignment and strength of teams to produce incredible results and have successfully supported brands like Target, Hulu, Sony and BBC America to accomplish goals in community connection through branded events, team experiences, national campaigns.
